Our approach is always pragmatic and realistic. We do not supply only ideas or suggest ways to success. Our goal is to give also operative instructions to reach the suggested objective, switching from the project to the “make” phase. For this reason we are also able to assist our customers to adjust and improve their processes and adopt new process technologies.
Procurement
Customers are often uncertain about their needs and about the available supplying options. We help them to better identify needs and solutions supporting them to identify products and producers which can become their suppliers. After the right product has been selected we provide customers with samples for testing and assist them in the fine tuning of the raw-materials interacting with the suppliers until the right product has been developed.
